Marshmallows & Cocoa

I've always loved the marshmallows in sugar cereals or the tiny ones that come in a pack of hot chocolate. So, when I realized I could freeze dry my own marshmallows, I was giddy, to say the least. I made gifts for my neighbors during a February snow storm by putting my own homemade hot cocoa mix and freeze dried marshmallows into a cute little jar with a ribbon. I can hardly wait for the peppermint marshmallows to make their debut during the Christmas season so I can keep my marshmallow dreams alive.
