I have been a satisfied customer of Harvest Right since 2016. I’m still using the same 4-tray freeze dryer I bought in 2016. I am very impressed with their customer service support. Even though my machine is old, Harvest Right has very responsibly provided software updates free of charge and reasonably priced hardware updates that keeps my unit working. Thank you, Harvest Right for making home freeze drying a great way of storing food!
