After resetting the breaker, my freeze dryer completed one batch but won’t start another. It says ‘Starting,’ but the circle never stops, and it doesn’t proceed.

If your freeze dryer is stuck on the 'Starting' screen, you can try the following steps:

  1. Turn off the freeze dryer and disconnect it from the power supply for 30 seconds. Then reconnect and turn it back on to see if it resets the issue. Start up times vary so let the machine attempt to boot for a minimum of 2 minutes before shutting it off.
