Note: Misting water vapor is normal for this pump. Clean the demister if you notice excessive mist or have tipped/overfilled the pump. Your demister is likely green and black, not orange as shown in the video.
Steps:
- Twist off the demister from your pump.
- Pinch the sides together to slide out the part.
- Twist the part counter-clockwise to open it.
- This part collects oil; clean it with hot water and maybe a bit of dish soap.
- Let it dry completely.
