This is the capacitive touchscreen kit that you got. It includes a USB board, screen with bezel, and the parts to hold it in. The USB will be hooked onto the silver part with plastic pieces to hold it in place.
On your machine, remove the side panel and top panel. Take out the ribbon cable from the relay board attached to the screen and the old CPU board.
To assemble, start with the left side of the bezel. Slide the screen in, and fasten the screws loosely. Tighten the screws carefully after aligning the screen and making sure that the ribbon cables go inside.
Next, install the CPU board and connect the USB port. Place the ribbon cables carefully, and lock them in place using the black tabs.
Lastly, connect the gray ribbon cable with a red stripe from the relay board to the CPU board. Turn on the machine to check if green lights appear on the USB board. The screen should load if everything is connected properly.
