Steps to Update Your Freeze Dryer
- Check Your Software Version
- Ensure your freeze dryer is running software version 23 or higher. Candy Mode is available on these versions.
- To check your software version, navigate to the settings menu on your freeze dryer’s touchscreen.
- Download the Latest Software Update

- Follow the instructions provided on the page to download the update file to a USB drive.
- Install the Software Update
- Turn off your freeze dryer and insert the USB drive into the USB port on the machine.
- Turn the freeze dryer back on and follow the on-screen prompts to install the update.
- Once the update is complete, remove the USB drive and restart your freeze dryer.
