The touchscreen on my freeze dryer seems unresponsive.

If your touchscreen is unresponsive, try these steps:

  1. Turn off the freeze dryer and wait for a few seconds before turning it back on. This might refresh the touchscreen functionality.
  2. If your freeze dryer has a software version that begins with 2, 3, 4, 5.0, or 5.2, your touch screen is pressure sensitive, which means it can be recalibrated. Follow the instructions in this video: How to Recalibrate Touchscreen.
