To submit a support ticket, visit the Customer Support Page (https://harvestright.com/support/) on the website. There you will find an option to submit a support ticket or a form to fill out with details regarding your issue.
You can also navigate directly to the Helpdesk Ticket Form at https://odoo.harvestright.com/helpdesk-ticket
You will be asked for the following information:
- Your First and Last Name
- Your Email
- Subject
- Description of Issue
- Phone Number
- Serial Number/Date Code
The form also allows you to add an Attachment and Custom File Upload options to include relevant log files or images that are relevant to the ticket.
Once submitted, our support team will review your ticket and get back to you with assistance.
