To get past the Factory Setup screen on your Harvest Right freeze dryer, follow these steps:

1. On the Factory Setup screen, you should see the number ‘1000’ in the middle of the screen. This is the default number that needs to be changed.
2. Look for arrows along the bottom of the screen. Click these arrows to change the number ‘1000’ so that it matches your unit’s serial number located on the back of the machine.
3. Once you have changed the number, click ‘done’ or ‘save’ in the bottom right corner, depending on your menu.

By changing the serial number on the setup screen, you should be able to bypass the Factory Setup screen and proceed with using your freeze dryer.
