If your freeze dryer is not freezing properly, we recommend running a freeze test to check the refrigeration system. Here are the steps to perform the freeze test:

1. Turn on your machine and navigate to the functional testing screen by touching the leaf icon in the top left corner of the home screen.
2. On the functional testing screen, locate the toggle switch labeled "Freeze" and turn it on.
3. Let the refrigeration system run for about 30 seconds.
4. After 30 seconds, check if you can hear the refrigeration system turn on and start running.
5. If you hear the refrigeration system running, it indicates that the system is functioning properly.
6. If you don't hear the refrigeration system running or if it only runs momentarily, it may indicate inadequate freezing.
