My unit keeps giving me a high room temperature warning, but my thermostat says the room is only 70 degrees.

If your freeze dryer is giving a high room temperature warning, it could be due to a few different factors.

1. The freeze dryer may not have adequate air circulation. Ensure that the machine has a minimum of 6 inches of clearance from any wall on both sides of the freeze dryer.

2. The condenser fan might not be running: The condenser fan helps in cooling the condenser. If it's not running, the condenser might overheat, causing a high room temperature warning.

Next steps:

  • Check to ensure your machine has adequate clearance between the wall and freeze dryer.
  • If you notice the condenser fan is not running, reach out to and share this information with our Customer Support team.
