To determine if your warranty is still active, we need some additional information. If you purchased your freeze dryer directly from Harvest Right, please provide the serial number of your unit. You can find the serial number on the back of the unit or in the owner's manual.

However, if you purchased your machine through an authorized reseller, the warranty status can be confirmed based on the date of purchase. Please provide the date of purchase, and we can determine if your warranty is still active.
