Swap out the shelving unit in the customer’s freeze dryer.

Update Firmware via WiFi:
- (*Use the Harvest Right app to connect the unit to WiFi and grant Harvest Right Support temporary access.)
- When you are ready to update the unit, reach out to Harvest Right customer support (801-386-8960) and provide the serial number (from the sticker on the back of the unit) and the 12-digit CPU code (from the registration screen).
- Harvest Right Support will remotely access the unit and ensure the correct firmware is installed.

After the firmware update, the freeze dryer will be fully upgraded and ready for use.

Option 1: Use the Harvest Right Access/Warranty Code (Scientific Firmware Only)
- When you are ready to update the unit, reach out to Harvest Right customer support (801-386-8960) and provide the serial number (from the sticker on the back of the unit) and the 12-digit CPU code (from the registration screen)
- The appropriate code will be provided and can then be entered directly into thefreeze dryer. *Note: This method works only on new, unregistered freeze dryers. Once a warranty code has been entered, firmware updates must use Option 2 (WiFi or USB).

Option 2: Update Firmware Directly via WiFi
- Use the Harvest Right app to connect the unit to WiFi and grant Harvest Right Support temporary access.
- Once the remote access is given, provide the serial number (from the sticker on the back of the unit) and the 12-digit CPU code (from the registration screen).
- Support will then remotely access the unit and ensure the correct firmware is installed.
- After the firmware update, the freeze dryer will be fully upgraded and ready for use.
