I would love a Harvest Right to freeze dry food in.
A Fellow Michigander!!! You will Love it =) We have had ours for just over a year now. Two end of garden seasons. We have found we don’t can much anymore. You will have to try freezing raw meat. Just Add water and it is a fresh as if you just cut it up. And Butter Nut Squash, at the end of season we cook them all up and spead them on the trays. When you add water later, it tastes better than when you took it out of the oven… and that’s not all =)
