I have purchased your unit and I have to say it works perfectly. I used it over this past weekend to freeze dry some pork chops, bananas, apples, and some left over mac and cheese. I freeze dried both cooked and raw pork chops; the cooked pork chops tasted great cold without reconstituting them, the raw pork chops reconstituted beautifully and fried up great. I could not tell them from fresh pork chops. Now I can put away exactly the foods I want. Thanks for a great product that works just as advertised!

After years of wanting a freeze dryer and not finding one adequate or affordable for home use, I was delighted to find Harvest Right! This unit is heavy duty construction, reliable and user friendly. We have enjoyed freeze drying fruits and vegetables in season, meats, leftovers and dessert items…the only limit is your imagination. Harvest Right’s customer service is knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. I highly recommend this company and their freeze drier to everyone interested in storage foods.

We have freeze dried a variety of foods including several types of ice cream, raspberries, homemade cranberry relish, meatballs, chicken curry, sesame chicken, turkey, stuffing, minced pie, pumpkin pie and butternut squash. It is wonderful to be able to dry food that we have prepared. Drying the food ourselves is significantly less expensive than what we would have to pay to buy such food elsewhere. Additionally, we are in control of the ingredients and are able to prepare long-term food storage that meets our needs.

We received our freeze dryer…and put it to work immediately. We have found that by just letting the machine run automatically everything works fine. We are so pleased with how all of the foods come out. Thus far we have freeze dried roast beef, chicken, peas, carrots, green beans, lima beans, potatoes, strawberries, bananas, cauliflower; and we even preserved a roasted vegetable medley mix—all with great results. We have since eaten some of the food that we freeze dried and we enjoyed it very much. Everything tasted as if we had just harvested it and prepared it.

We bought our freeze dryer six months ago and it has run pretty much daily since then. We are so impressed with the things we have been able to freeze dry and the taste. This is the best thing we have purchased in a LONG time and we can’t wait for summer to freeze dry fruits and veggies from our own garden. I can’t recommend your freeze dryer enough! We have told everyone we know about it.

I have been looking for a freeze dryer for 10 years now. Thank you for all the time and energy you have invested in making these available for home use. I am very excited about using this as another way to preserve food as I feel an urgency to prepare for times when food might not be as plentiful.
